My name is Kristine Lorefice, LMSW, MSW, MS, RP. I’m a licensed social worker & registered psychotherapist who specializes in working with youth, adults, couples, & families with Asperger Syndrome, ASD & Social Communication Disorders. A distinct speciality of mine is supporting clients and families with ASD & gender dysphoria, sexuality and marital relationships. I also work with teens with social, emotional or academic struggles. I was trained at the Columbia University School of Social Work and New York City’s Asperger Center for Education. I received my B.A. from Davidson College. I worked with the ASD population in New York City & in San Francisco at Aspen Network. In addition to my private practice, Unique Minds Boulder, I worked as a therapist at the Temple Grandin School in Boulder for 3 years.

My goal is to help you find your sweet spot: by harnessing your talents & interests, fostering meaningful social relationships & by finding you the right resources, opportunities, jobs & healthy daily routines; we work to bring out your happiest, healthiest functioning self.

I meet with clients in my office, in the restorative setting of nature or out in the community- whichever will maximize the benefits of our work together.
